Licenses must be requested and paid for by K-State departments. Restricted to current K-State faculty, staff, and departments. Code42 encrypts the data using strong encryption and backs up in the Internet cloud making the backups available off-campus or remotely. Code42 will back up files on a user’s workstation, laptop, or desktop computer in a continuous, invisible, uninterrupted manner and send you a periodic report of the status of your backup. Each user license allows a maximum of 4 devices to be backed up. Code42 licenses are available for purchase by departments for faculty and staff.
